Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell medical or pharmaceutical products to existing and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital procurement teams, and distributors.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within assigned territories.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates to management.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and other promotional activities as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1-4 years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare product sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE or GCC region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of medical or pharmaceutical product knowledge.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or Marketing.
Existing client network within hospitals, clinics, or distributors will be an added advantage.
