Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell the company’s range of construction chemical products, including admixtures, waterproofing systems, repair mortars, sealants, and coatings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, and construction companies.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the GCC market.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and project stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback for management.
Work closely with the technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Specification & Technical Responsibilities
Promote and specify DUAYEN solutions in construction projects with consultants, architects, and key stakeholders.
Develop strong relationships with architects and consultants to build long-term partnerships and increase product specification in projects.
Provide architects and consultants with technical support, tools, simulations, and specification documentation.
Prepare and submit technical submittals, reports, and specification documents required for project approvals.
Identify project needs and requirements through project surveys and stakeholder engagement.
Follow up on project specifications to ensure product approval and inclusion in project documentation.
Participate in networking events, seminars, and industry meetings to strengthen market presence and build professional relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in sales of construction chemicals is mandatory.
Prior GCC market experience is essential.
Strong network with contractors, consultants, architects, and construction companies in the region.
Ability to manage both sales development and project specification activities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong technical understanding of construction materials and project specifications.
Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineer, Chemistry, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
Valid UAE driving license required.
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative / Specification Engineer to promote and sell DUAYEN construction chemical solutions across the GCC market. The role combines sales development with technical specification responsibilities, working closely with consultants, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure our products are specified and approved in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction chemicals sales, excellent industry connections, and the ability to provide technical support and specification guidance to consultants and project teams.
