Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective customers through various channels, including in-person visits, phone calls, and digital outreach.
- Present and demonstrate automotive products and services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within assigned timeframes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and after-sales, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Represent Elkafrawy Automotive at industry events, exhibitions, and community activities as needed.
- 1-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
