Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective customers through various channels, including in-person visits, phone calls, and digital outreach.

  • Present and demonstrate automotive products and services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within assigned timeframes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and after-sales, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Represent Elkafrawy Automotive at industry events, exhibitions, and community activities as needed.
  • 1-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
