Roles & Responsibilities

The Indoor Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Fawry Plus products and services within the branch. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

  • Welcome and assist customers visiting the branch.
  • Promote and sell Fawry Plus financial products and services (such as payment services, cards, installments, or wallet services).
  • Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers.
  • Meet or exceed individual and branch sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Cross-sell and upsell services to maximize branch performance.

Operations & Documentation

  • Process customer transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure proper documentation and completion of all required forms and agreements.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of Fawry Plus services, promotions, and system updates.
  • Coordinate with the operations and customer care teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with management.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in indoor sales, customer service, or retail (preferably in financial or telecom services).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service attitude and problem-solving ability.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Presentable, energetic, and goal-oriented.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in financial services or payment solutions is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Fawry Plus products and digital payment systems.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive approach.
