Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets through the approved sales plan and delivering exceptional customer service to support clients in selecting the right products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with the company s approved sales plan.
  • Assist and guide customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Provide product information, design suggestions, and alternatives to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and service follow-up.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports and share feedback on customer trends and suggestions.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, features, and industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven previous experience in ceramic sales and decorative materials is a must.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to understand and respond to client needs.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
