Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
* Manage collections and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
* Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives at points of sale.
* Monitor product availability and stock levels at client locations.
* Collect and report market intelligence on competitors and customer trends.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
* Coordinate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure effective execution of sales plan
Desired Candidate Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
* Good to Very Good English Level
* 1 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the *FMCG or food industry*.
* Strong knowledge of the Egyptian free/open market sector.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently, meet targets, and perform under pressure.
