Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell chickens Feed products to existing and prospective customers within assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and agricultural businesses.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate feed solutions to optimize chickens health and productivity.
- Conduct on-site visits to farms to assess requirements and provide product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any product-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM systems.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales in the feed industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently for on-site client visits and events.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
