Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services to potential customers using solid arguments and product knowledge.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events as required.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a drive to succeed.
