Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and key decision-makers.
- Promote and sell a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical products to existing and potential clients.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, regulatory affairs, and marketing to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Organize and participate in product presentations, seminars, and promotional events.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and attend events as required.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
