Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate spa and medical services.
Actively promote and sell the full range of GROOVY Medical Spa s offerings, including skincare, dermatology, dental spa, nutrition, plastic surgery, and gym/spa memberships.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Conduct consultations and provide detailed information about treatments, procedures, and products.
Collaborate with clinical and wellness teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Participate in marketing initiatives, events, and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in medical aesthetics and wellness services.
Provide feedback to management on client preferences, market trends, and opportunities for service improvement.
