Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:

We re looking for a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and building strong client relationships. You ll be based in Sheikh Zayed (SODIC) and will play a key role in expanding our brand's reach in the food and beverage industry.

Previous F&B experience is a plus, but not required; we provide leadership and training for the right candidate with a great attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct product presentations and explain benefits and features
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for sales campaigns
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences
  • Represent the brand professionally during customer visits and events

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • 0 3 years of sales experience (internships and part-time work count)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven
  • Presentable and professional demeanor
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
  • Willing to work from Sheikh Zayed (SODIC)
