Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative for the JAC brand, you will be responsible for engaging with showroom visitors and potential customers, effectively promoting the JAC vehicle range, converting leads into sales, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Although fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of sales experience are invited to apply, you should be ambitious, customer-focused and eager to learn and grow within the automotive sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers in the showroom, understand their vehicle requirements and motivations.
- Present JAC vehicle models, features, benefits and value propositions in a clear and compelling way.
- Assist customers through the sales process: from enquiry, test drive booking, quoting, negotiation, documentation, to handover.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets as set by management.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM system, follow up on leads and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the finance, insurance and after-sales departments to provide complete solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with current JAC model specifications, market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
- Participate in showroom events, product launches and promotional activities when required.
- Provide excellent after-sales service support: follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and referral potential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma minimum; bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Up to 1 year of sales experience (fresh graduates or 12 months maximum preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic; English language skills are an advantage.
- Strong customer-orientation, persuasive skills and ability to build rapport.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office) and the ability to learn CRM systems quickly.
- Valid driving licence is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and possibly public holidays.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, target-driven and able to work as part of a team.
