Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate Minerals Tech products and services to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand market presence.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
