Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales is preferred
- Fresh graduates can be considered if they have a strong educational background and completed military service
Acceptable backgrounds include:
- Fashion retail
- Malls (e.g., Carrefour or similar setups)
- Fin tech or installment/payment services
- Proven experience in non-electronics, non-F&B sectors (e.g., services, SaaS, marketplaces, finance, logistics, or related industries).
Education:
- University degree (minimum of a high certificate is mandatory)
- Military Status (for males): Completed (no exceptions)
Availability & Flexibility:
- Willing and able to rotate across different locations
- Flexible to work 6 working days/week
- Flexible to work during public holidays and weekends
Desired Candidate Profile
- Age: Maximum 30 years old
- Appearance: Presentable, with neat appearance and good personal hygiene
- Personality: Polite, confident, and strong interpersonal/communication skills
