Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Actively reach out to potential female customers to introduce and sell the company’s products/services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a comfortable and professional sales experience.
Present product features and benefits clearly, tailoring conversations to the needs of female customers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the company system (training provided).
Follow up with existing and prospective clients to close sales and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns targeting the female segment.
Attend team meetings, sales training sessions, and occasional customer events (including female-only settings).
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help improve sales strategies.
Uphold the company’s values and professionalism in all customer-facing activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
**Gender:** Female (mandatory)
**Nationality:** Saudi (mandatory)
**Experience:** Not necessary – fresh graduates or candidates with no prior sales experience are welcome (full training provided)
**Education:** Minimum high school diploma; any higher education is a plus but not required
**Language:** Fluent Arabic (native); basic English is an advantage
**Driving license:** Optional (not required; role may rely on phone/virtual sales or local transportation)
**Skills & attitude:**
Strong willingness to learn and develop sales skills
Friendly, confident, and persuasive communication style
Comfortable speaking with female clients in person or over the phone
Basic computer or smartphone literacy (training on sales tools will be provided)
Punctual, responsible, and target-driven
**Preferred (not mandatory):**
Lives locally or able to commute easily
Interested in retail, beauty, fashion, services, or any consumer-facing industry
