Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, networking, and referrals.
- Present and sell insurance products (life, health, auto, property) based on client needs.
- Assist clients in understanding policy options, benefits, and coverage details.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic policy documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Follow up with clients for renewals and provide basic after-sales support.
- Stay informed about company products and basic industry updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (insurance experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop sales techniques.
- Basic negotiation and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work towards targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
