Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company s dairy and food products to existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Expand customer base by identifying and acquiring new clients.
- Ensure proper product display and visibility at customer outlets.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when needed.
- Collect market feedback and report on competitor activities.
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably dairy or food products).
Good knowledge of the Metn area and its market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with strong sales drive.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Own car + Valid driving license (mandatory).
Good reporting and basic computer skills.
Presentable and professional appearance.
