Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope:
The Sales Representative is to meet customer needs by providing Services to existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Scouting & Sales
Conduct periodic field inspection to confirm their status and to obtain new accounts and clients;
Carry out visits to clients according to the schedule set by its sales department;
Offer and sell the widest possible range of the company's products to customers and provide all effort to achieve the goals;
Inform the manager if any customer complaints are objections or difficult to deal and solve them;
Build positive relationships with customers based on professionalism, transparency and mutual benefit;
Verify and follow up on the implementation of the contract terms;
Focus on displaying and promoting the company's products during his tour of the points of sale;
Coordinate with the concerned department to ensure proper delivery of orders to the contracting customer in a timely manner;
Collection
Submit customer requests to the manager, as well as the collection of the money collected or any other documents to the departments concerned;
Collect and deliver invoices to customers according to the company policy and schedule set;
Coordinate with the concerned department regarding client s information;
Report to the manager about daily collections;
Send daily bank clients transfers and send statements quarterly to customers;
Reporting
Collect information from the market related to product, competition prices, trade policies, consumer feedback etc.
Prepare and submit the required daily, weekly and monthly reports;
Attend meetings expressing opinions, and take directives from the department manager;
