Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team in Antelias on a full-time, on-site basis. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, guiding clients through their purchase journey, and ensuring they receive the highest quality service. This position also involves managing sales transactions, maintaining accurate inventory records, contributing to the achievement of sales targets, and supporting store operations. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will assist in onboarding and training new team members, while actively contributing to sales management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the brand s values and standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain showroom displays and inventory levels.
- Support new staff training and contribute to team development.
- Assist with store management tasks, including reporting and sales analysis.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, new collections, and industry trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong communication and customer service skills with a client-focused approach. Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Experience in training and mentoring staff is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Highly adaptable, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury retail sector is highly desirable. Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
