Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To drive collaborative partnerships, enhance customer experience through consultations, support sales performance, and ensure smooth coordination between clients, partners, and internal teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate and maintain collaboration with existing and potential partners.
- Negotiate and follow up on partnership offers and event plans.
- Track and report key collaboration metrics.
- Handle product/service consultations via WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Provide tailored recommendations and guide purchasing decisions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure post-consultation satisfaction.
- Drive sales activities, presentations, and closing processes.
- Meet sales targets and generate performance reports.
- Stay informed on product offerings and competitor landscape.
- Train partners and clients on product features.
- Support promotional campaigns and share materials with stakeholders.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and proposals as needed.
- Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams.
- Perform any task as requested by the management
Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years in sales, partnerships, or customer service
- Job-Specific Skills: CRM systems, client engagement, sales reporting
- Generic Skills: Communication, negotiation, multitasking
