Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To drive collaborative partnerships, enhance customer experience through consultations, support sales performance, and ensure smooth coordination between clients, partners, and internal teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate and maintain collaboration with existing and potential partners.
  • Negotiate and follow up on partnership offers and event plans.
  • Track and report key collaboration metrics.
  • Handle product/service consultations via WhatsApp and other platforms.
  • Provide tailored recommendations and guide purchasing decisions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure post-consultation satisfaction.
  • Drive sales activities, presentations, and closing processes.
  • Meet sales targets and generate performance reports.
  • Stay informed on product offerings and competitor landscape.
  • Train partners and clients on product features.
  • Support promotional campaigns and share materials with stakeholders.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and proposals as needed.
  • Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Perform any task as requested by the management

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar
  • Minimum Experience: 2+ years in sales, partnerships, or customer service
  • Job-Specific Skills: CRM systems, client engagement, sales reporting
