Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)
- Actively search for and approach new clients (contractors, dealers, construction companies, etc.)
- Present and promote the company s products in a professional and persuasive manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up on leads and close sales deals
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to expanding the company s client base
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
Bachelor s degree is a plus
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and basic written)
Basic English is required
Strong passion for sales and business development
Highly motivated, energetic, and eager to learn
Presentable with a professional attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in approaching new people and building relationships
Organized with good time management skills
Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a field-based role
Strong desire to learn and grow within the company
