Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As part of the strategic development of its activities, our client is recruiting a Sales Representative specializing in metallurgy / lower Kenitra.
Main missions:
- Prospect and develop a customer portfolio (construction companies, distributors, etc.)
- Identify and analyze customer needs to propose adapted solutions in metal materials (beams, reinforcements, etc.)
- Negotiate contracts, follow up on orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the customer's technical teams and production to ensure product feasibility and quality.
- Set goals and challenge points
- Benchmark and monitor the competition in order to constantly adapt the company's offers.
- Ensure regular reporting of the activity (objectives, performance, market trends).
:
- Commercial or technical training (Bac+3/4 minimum), ideally complemented by a specialization in metallurgy or construction materials.
- Successful experience in the sale of industrial products or building materials
- Knowledge of the construction market and awareness of the technical specificities of metals.
- Excellent negotiation and customer relations skills.
