Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a sales representative on a call-based assignment, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio while prospecting and developing businesses in the sector.
Reporting to the team leader, your main responsibilities will include:
To ensure prospecting and business development with a professional clientele
Succeeding in building loyalty among our French customers through personalized support
Following up on cases until their completion
Before taking on the mission, comprehensive training will be provided to prepare you for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to you.
Desired Candidate Profile
From the Baccalaureate level onwards
- Experience required in telesales or B2C sales and in managing a client portfolio
- Perfect mastery of the French language, with good fluency in both spoken and written French.
- Excellent argumentative skills.
- Business logic.
- Real sense of listening.
- Empathy is all evidence.
- Passionate about digital marketing
