Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Finding new potential customers and promoting products to them. - Maintaining and improving relationships with current customers. - Carrying out market research to find out the new offerings in the market with gathering information on pricings. - Providing recommendations for product development, based on the findings of the primary research - Maintaining client records. - Adjusting sales efforts by analysing the existing and potential volume that will be required by a customer. - Coordinating with the production department to ensure that orders can be delivered in a timely manner. - Resolving customer complaints by investigating issues and assessing whether replacements shall be made, by coordinating with the production department or management, if required. - Ensuring that payments are made and collected in time. Otherwise, chasing customers for payments, when necessary. - Coordinating with the Debt Collector in case the customer is not responding or paying. - Reaching the monthly target sales as a minimum. - Keeping the management informed by submitting daily activity reports, monthly sales reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A degree in Marketing, Commerce or any related field. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field (preferably in Oman). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent time management and interpersonal skills. - English proficiency. - A valid Omani/GCC Driving License. - Highly self-motivated.
