Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet, assist, and build connections with all customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming in-store experience.
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and maximize sales opportunities to achieve and exceed individual and store targets.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth understanding of Nice one s product offerings and share product benefits, features, and use cases confidently at every interaction.
- Brand Representation: Uphold Nice one s brand values in every customer engagement, supporting brand awareness and loyalty within Riyadh s retail market.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays are well-stocked, attractively presented, and aligned with brand guidelines to optimize sales and enhance the shopping environment.
- Feedback Gathering: Listen attentively to customer feedback, report insights to management, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and events that reflect Riyadh s dynamic retail trends.
- Inclusivity: Foster a gender-neutral, respectful atmosphere that makes all customers and colleagues feel valued and supported.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or marketing is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably within the Riyadh or GCC market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and a solutions-oriented approach to resolving customer concerns and operational challenges.
- Language proficiency in Arabic is required; English communication skills are a strong advantage.
- Enthusiasm for retail, trend-awareness, and a commitment to an inclusive, gender-neutral workplace.
