Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Prepare freight quotations and negotiate pricing with customers
Coordinate with operations team for smooth shipment handling and delivery updates
Conduct cold calls, client visits, and follow-ups to achieve sales targets
Handle customer inquiries, shipment tracking, and provide logistics solutions professionally
Desired Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
Knowledge of road freight, air freight, sea freight, LTL, and FTL services
Ability to generate leads, conduct field sales, and achieve sales targets
Basic knowledge of customs clearance and shipping documentation
Proficient in MS Office with ability to prepare quotations and sales reports
Valid Saudi driving license preferred
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customer requirements
Fluent in English , Arabic and Hindi
Strong team player with professional attitude and problem-solving skills
