Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with the line manager in proposing an annual vessel sales plan.
Conduct visits to customers included in the annual vessel sales plan.
Sell vessels, attend to customer demands, provide customers with information on vessels and products, and follow-up with potential leads/customers.
Enter customers full details into the system in an accurate manner, and ensure that proper documentation is available to support customer sales transactions.
Prepare and sign quotations in accordance with customer requirements and agreed-upon requirements/specifications.
Document customers special orders and coordinate with the Procurement department to place these orders with the principal.
Communicate and follow up with Parts and Workshop teams on the accessories to be installed on the vessel.
Receive customer invoices from Finance and distribute them to customers.
Coordinate delivery and inspection of vessels with the warehouse and the workshop.
Fill out refund forms for customers.
Stay up to date on the vessel options, aftersales services, and customization options issued by the company s principals.
Submit regular reports to keep management updated on sales activities and outcomes.
Maintain current market information on prices, items, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising strategies to keep an eye on the competition.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by taking part in professional societies, reading professional publications, attending educational courses, and building personal networks.
Adhere to and ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations, as well as company and departmental policies and procedures.
Report any unresolved or foreseen problems, incidents, risks, or other critical matters to the line manager, suggest action plans to effectively overcome them, and follow up on the execution of corrective action plans.
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager.
