Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets within your assigned territory.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product line and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
- Market Research: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs.
- Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare providers, showcasing the advantages of our offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market intelligence to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 2-3 years in medical sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory (50%-70% of time traveling).
