Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for products or services within a designated territory. The role involves direct interaction with clients, understanding their needs, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.br>
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, visits, or referrals.br>
Present and promote products/services to existing and new customers.br>
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.br>
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively.br>
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.br>
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.br>
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.br>
Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and market trends.br>
Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.br>
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, customer support) to ensure smooth order delivery and after-sales service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).br>
1 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or field marketing.br>
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.br>
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).br>
Knowledge of the market and competitor activities./span>
