Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and energetic salesman to promote and sell original auto spare parts, develop relationships with garages and workshops, and support daily shop sales operations.


Responsibilities


✔ Visit garages and workshops to introduce the company and generate sales

✔ Build long-term relationships with customers (mechanics, service advisors, owners)

✔ Promote original spare parts and explain product benefits

✔ Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries

✔ Achieve monthly sales targets

✔ Handle counter sales and walk-in customers when required

✔ Coordinate with store / warehouse for item availability

✔ Maintain basic sales records and customer lists

✔ Represent the company professionally in the market Requirements

✔ Prior experience in UAE auto spare parts / automotive sales preferred

✔ Experience dealing with garages & workshops is highly valued

✔ Good communication and negotiation skills

✔ Basic English required (Arabic is a plus)

✔ Valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage

✔ Self-motivated and target oriented

✔ Professional attitude and customer-friendly behavior


✔ Fixed basic salary ✔ Sales commission / percentage ✔ Performance incentives

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong preference for candidates who have worked in: ✔ Auto spare parts shops (UAE experience highly valuable) ✔ Automotive workshops / garages ✔ Car dealership parts departments ✔ Chinese vehicle spare parts segment (major advantage)
