Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for presenting Enpal solutions to potential clients, managing both inbound and outbound contacts, and accompanying the person through all stages of the sales process until the contract is signed.

It is essential to keep the CRM up to date, ensure timely follow-ups, and constantly study products and the market to offer solid and reliable advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and negotiate offers to customers, highlighting the economic benefits and concrete advantages of photovoltaic systems.
  • Manage qualified hot leads provided by the Pre-Sales team.
  • Follow the entire sales cycle: from the first contact to the signing of the contract.
  • Assess customers' suitability for our products and services.
  • Update and monitor activities in your company CRM.
  • Stay up-to-date on energy products, incentives, and trends.

Office Location and Work Arrangement

Location: Les berges du Lac 1, Tunisia On-sitebr> The work takes place, 5 working days and 2 days off (40 hours per week).

  • Excellent command of written and spoken Italian (level C1/C2). Knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Strong sales skills and a focus on closing.

  • Excellent organization and independent time management.
  • You have a positive attitude, initiative, and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Sales experience, preferably by telephone.
