Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential clients through cold calling, door-to-door visits, digital outreach, and referral networks.
- Present and promote cleaning and housekeeping services, including deep cleaning, window cleaning, upholstery care, and routine housekeeping, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs and recommend customized service packages.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools and SAP NetWeaver AS.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication, timely service delivery, and post-service follow-ups.
- Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service execution and on-time delivery.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market trends to support strategic planning.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new services, industry trends, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- 1 3 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or marketing, preferably in cleaning, hospitality, or home services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction through proactive service and problem resolution.
- Proficiency in using SAP NetWeaver AS for sales tracking, reporting, and data management.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Experience in service-based sales, including deep cleaning, window cleaning, and upholstery services, is highly advantageous.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
