Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve the monthly target

  • Communicate with the Back Office to follow up on achieving Target to take the necessary action on time
  • Upsell the memberships to attract new customers using different sales methods
  • Follow-up of the procedures for the participation of new customers on time
  • Create, develop and expand customer s database through positive relationships with them

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor Degree is a must
  • Follow-up and Relationship Management skills
  • Negotiation and Persuasion skills
  • Target Oriented
  • Complaints Handling and problem solving
  • Location: Maadi, New Cairo, Sheraton & October
