Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services
  • Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services
  • Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D (Research and Development), Operations and Marketing
  • Find different and innovative solutions in-line with market dynamics through Conducting hybrid interaction models including virtual and/or physical communications to accommodate Healthcare professionals (HCPs) and market needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • 2 years of prior clinical or medical sales Experience
  • NeuroSpine, and O.R. (Operation Room) Experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong biomedical background, with a solid understanding of healthcare or medical technologies. They must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and build strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders. A professional presentation style and strong executive presence are essential, as the role requires frequent interaction with internal leadership, clients, and external partners.
