Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE
The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling L Or al products.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Sales:
- Check the missing items at the POS, to prepare replenishment orders.
- Manage the selling process to clients, to ensure achieving targets and increasing sales.
- Recommend promotional offers in coordination with the Sales Manager to help in achieving the department objectives and increasing sales.
2.Stock Management
- Keep track of and manage the stock on hand for each POS and by brand on a monthly or quarterly basis to assess product sales.
3. Collection & Receivables:
- Monitor the statement of account for all clients in coordination with the Receivables, Credit, and Control Unit to ensure that credit notes and other types of financial compensations are done on time.
- Collect all invoices at the right time to avoid overdue.
4. Reporting & Market Analysis:
- Perform market data collection concerning competitors about their sales, promotions, new product launches, marketing strategy, and, Beauty Advisors to stay up-to-date and be able to compete in the market.
- Conduct business reviews twice per year to assess each brand s status versus its preset targets and to help in achieving these targets.
- Receive and monitor sell-out reports per brand and from each POS every month, to place new orders and assess customer preferences and satisfaction.
- Compare yearly sell-in and sell-out reports to assess each brand s sales progress or evolution.
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Sales.
- Fluent in Arabic and English. French is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
