Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor sales presentations to address them.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Sales Reporting:

  • Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, including sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close deals.
  • Handle objections and provide solutions to potential issues that may arise during the sales process.
  • Follow up with customers after closing sales to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company s products or services.
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and industry developments.
  • Educate customers about product benefits, features, and usage.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment in achieving sales goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor competitors activities and provide insights on competitive positioning.
  • Adjust sales strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Academic background a BBA degree or similar (preferred but not required)

Languages:

  • Arabic, English (French is a plus)
