Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed information about holiday homes and their amenities.

  • Secure bookings by effectively communicating the unique selling points of each property and addressing customer concerns.

  • Process reservations accurately, including taking deposits, managing payments, and confirming booking details with guests.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of property availability, pricing, and promotional offers to maximize occupancy.

  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services, such as airport transfers, excursions, and concierge services, to enhance the guest experience.

  • Contribute to the team's sales targets by actively pursuing booking opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in English and another language is a plus.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality, preferably in the HOLIDAY HOMES sector.

  • Demonstrated ability to use reservation software (e.g., Airbnb, Booking) and CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport.

  • A positive attitude, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
