Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed information about holiday homes and their amenities.
Secure bookings by effectively communicating the unique selling points of each property and addressing customer concerns.
Process reservations accurately, including taking deposits, managing payments, and confirming booking details with guests.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of property availability, pricing, and promotional offers to maximize occupancy.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services, such as airport transfers, excursions, and concierge services, to enhance the guest experience.
Contribute to the team's sales targets by actively pursuing booking opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proficiency in English and another language is a plus.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality, preferably in the HOLIDAY HOMES sector.
Demonstrated ability to use reservation software (e.g., Airbnb, Booking) and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport.
A positive attitude, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
