Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You'll help our team with different tasks, such as:
- Understanding Sales:
- Help us track how well our products are selling.
- Look at sales numbers to find out what's working and what's not.
- Learn how we set sales goals.
- Marketing & Promotions:
- See how we plan special offers and discounts (like "buy one get one free").
- Help us check if these promotions are successful.
- Gather information about what other companies are doing in the market.
- Working with Data:
- Collect information about sales and customers.
- Use simple tools like Excel to organize and understand this data.
- Help create reports to show what we've learned.
- Teamwork:
- Work with people from different teams like Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Join team meetings and share your ideas.
- Special Projects:
- Help out with other interesting projects that come up, like looking into new product ideas.
Desired Candidate Profile
Someone currently studying or graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar.
You should be good with numbers and comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
You can explain your ideas clearly, both when writing and speaking.
You pay attention to details and can manage your time well.
You're excited to learn, proactive, and happy to work with a team.
No prior experience is needed we're here to teach you!
