Develop and implement the sales strategy

• Lead, coach, and evaluate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with Operations and Finance departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate major contracts, pricing agreements, and long-term service deals with clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
