Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the execution of sales strategies and plans across multiple teams and channels to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Guide and mentor Sales teams, ensuring their teams meet or exceed assigned sales objectives.
Review and consolidate sales forecasts, budgets, and pipelines prepared by section heads, providing recommendations for improvement and ensuring alignment with company targets.
Monitor overall performance of sales teams, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to optimize results.
Drive growth across multiple channels, including Retail, Wholesale, HORECA, International, and Online.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
Ensure consistent use of sales systems, tools, and reporting standards across teams.
Foster collaboration between sales and other departments (Logistics, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain) to support execution of sales initiatives.
Serve as a point of escalation for complex client negotiations or operational challenges.
Lead special projects related to sales growth, market expansion, or operational efficiency.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making.
Lead and develop the sales leadership team by mentoring section heads, fostering high-performing teams, promoting accountability, and driving a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
Set KPIs for sales teams, monitor results, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
Carry out any other activities as and when required by the reporting manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent.
- Masters degree or additional professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 10 + years work experience in sales, marketing, customer services or equivalent, including a minimum of 4 years at managerial level.
Competencies:
- Excellent leadership capabilities with experience in managing, mentoring, and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to translate business objectives into actionable sales plans.
- Expertise in leveraging CRM systems, BI tools, and data analytics to drive decision-making.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Adaptability to changing markets and resilience under pressure in competitive environments.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical sales practices.
