Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle and follow up on incoming leads from social media ads, calls, and WhatsApp inquiries.
  • Contact potential customers, understand their needs, and present ProCar s services professionally.
  • Explain product features, service packages, and pricing clearly to customers.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead conversion and upselling.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion from digital campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 1 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, luxury services, or real estate.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident phone presence and ability to handle client objections.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and dealing with online leads.
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for cars or premium services.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Fluent in Arabic (required) and basic English (preferred).
  • Based in Cairo (preferably near New Cairo).
