Sales Specialist - Deco Retail - Est Area

Responsibilities:

• Appoint and manage Multicolor Centres and Inspiration Centres in the Eastern region. Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to promote Jotun s Decorative products and increase sales and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and dealers through regular visits, addressing inquiries, and ensuring excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Introduce and promote new products, monitor dealer activities, and work towards
• achieving sales targets.
• Execute sales strategies, marketing plans, and company policies to ensure business growth, consistency, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely collection of payments as per assigned targets to maintain healthy working capital and minimize financial risks.
• Actively track customer interactions and sales activities. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and responsive customer service.
