Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Appoint and manage Multicolor Centres and Inspiration Centres in the Eastern region. Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to promote Jotun s Decorative products and increase sales and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and dealers through regular visits, addressing inquiries, and ensuring excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Introduce and promote new products, monitor dealer activities, and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Execute sales strategies, marketing plans, and company policies to ensure business growth, consistency, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per assigned targets to maintain healthy working capital and minimize financial risks.
- Actively track customer interactions and sales activities. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and responsive customer service.

POSITION INFORMATION
Desired Candidate Profile
- University Degree.
- 2 to 5 years of Sales experience suitable in Retail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills
- Flexibility to travel in country.
-Proficiency in both English and French.
