Strong command of SFDC CRM is a core requirement at BD. Sales professionals don t just use SFDC they master it. At BD, if it's not in SFDC, it doesn't exist. We expect every sales associate to use SFDC daily and offer elite support and training to help you succeed.
About the role
The Sales Specialist is a field-based role responsible for supporting corporate sales goals by providing product and application expertise, delivering impactful customer training, and driving business growth in the territory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in microbiology, laboratory systems, and diagnostics, combined with the ability to support product applications and collaborate with customers to ensure successful adoption.
The role could be based in Dammam or Khobar.
Main responsibilities will include:
Provide product demonstrations, application training, and technical support to end users and distributors.
Promote BD solutions and standard processes to key opinion leaders, aligning with marketing strategies.
Troubleshoot and support microbiology systems and lab accreditation requirements.
Collaborate with regional teams (MEA/EMA) to ensure BD standards and compliance are upheld.
Drive product segmentation, market mapping, and commercial strategies based on insights and data.
Engage with KOLs, identify new opportunities, and lead major projects within key accounts.
Maintain CRM updates (SFDC), ensure accurate forecasting, and meet individual sales targets.
Represent BD professionally and ethically in all interactions.
About you
Bachelor's or Diploma in Medical/Laboratory field (Microbiology, Biomedical, Biochemistry or related discipline).
Minimum 3 years of laboratory or microbiology experience; commercial/sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Central and Eastern KSA markets, including remote areas.
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
