Roles & Responsibilities

  • We re looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing team at Big Silly Bug, a certified Odoo Partner. You ll be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our ERP and software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the ERP and software market.
  • Present and promote Odoo ERP solutions to potential clients.
  • Conduct meetings, demos, and follow-ups to understand client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 2 years of experience in software or ERP sales (Odoo experience is a strong plus).
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and solution selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Odoo, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
