Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist in the jewellery industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exquisite jewellery and a keen understanding of the luxury market. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales and enhancing the brand's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their unique preferences will be key to your success in this role. You will be responsible for not only meeting and exceeding sales targets but also for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their jewellery needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on jewellery pieces to clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets consistently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and brand expertise.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and showcases jewellery effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
- Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills.
- Assist in organizing in-store promotions and jewellery events.
- Provide support during jewellery exhibitions and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within the luxury jewellery industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail sales processes and techniques.
- Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
