Roles & Responsibilities
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate with new leads and follow up on assigned prospects through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system and reporting tools.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Support the company s brand by ensuring professional representation in all customer interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English language (both written and verbal).
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools, online communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and sales tracking systems.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and close deals in an online environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Target-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Multilingual ability (Arabic + English)
