Roles & Responsibilities

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with new leads and follow up on assigned prospects through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system and reporting tools.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Support the company s brand by ensuring professional representation in all customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English language (both written and verbal).
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, online communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and sales tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and close deals in an online environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Target-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Multilingual ability (Arabic + English)
