Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact Potential Clients to offer them property consultancy services.
- The candidate should have proven experience in separate building selling in New Cairo(Fifth Settlement Beit El Watan, El Narges, and North El Rehab) .
- Handle day-to-day consultations with clients to identify their property needs.
- Provide high-level customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Close sales and meet monthly targets efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing strategies, and real estate offerings.
- Conduct site visits.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and resale process especially in separate building in New Cairo(Fifth Settlement Beit El Watan, El Narges, and North El Rehab) .
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment.
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
- Very good in English.
