Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the PVC compounds market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide expert product guidance.
- Participate in online industry events and webinars to expand professional network.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the plastics or manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a home-based (remote) environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and virtual communication tools.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Willingness to continuously learn about new products and industry developments.
Desired Candidate Profile
