Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the PVC compounds market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide expert product guidance.
  • Participate in online industry events and webinars to expand professional network.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.

1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the plastics or manufacturing industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a home-based (remote) environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and virtual communication tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Willingness to continuously learn about new products and industry developments.
